OS33 is looking for a proven system engineer to join our talented and growing team. Our engineering group is responsible for supporting all technical aspects of our cloud- based IT delivery automation platform serving 10,000+ business users. Team members work with Managed Service Providers using OS33 to architect and deploy cloud infrastructure across the globe, assist them with deployments, technical direction and best practices. Candidates must display initiative, self-motivation and enjoy a fast-paced environment. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide array of issues in a timely and efficient manner is paramount.

Required Experience

• VMware vSphere or ESX
• Citrix XenApp (Application publishing, farm configuration, solid troubleshooting, etc.)
• Citrix NetScalers
• Windows OS platforms (must have experience with 2008)
• MS server technologies including Exchange (2007 and 2010), DFS, SQL, SharePoint, SCOM, and Office Web Apps
• Storage technologies
• Networking

Other required experience:

• Proven professional > 5 years of experience
• The facility to communicate well with highly technical clients
• Knowledge of managed hosting industry preferred
• Ability to train others
• Client focus
