How OS33 Works

Cloud Control Panel

Rule the Cloud with OS33
The OS33 Cloud Control Panel (CCP) is the core of the OS33 IT delivery platform. With a simple, easy-to-use administrative interface, MSPs are able to harvest raw cloud-based storage, CPU and RAM resources and turn them into business-ready IT components. MSPs use the Cloud Control Panel to provision servers, publish business applications, activate third-Party SaaS offerings, manage permissions, and create companies, groups and users — all from a single interface.

Multi-tenant Infrastructure and Applications Management
Using the Cloud Control Panel, MSPs can deploy and manage 100% cloud-based IT infrastructure in minutes. Understand your client's requirements and then — based on their needs — embrace multi-tenancy or complete privacy (VPC). Then select cloud resources, provision servers, and select server roles that include Domain, Exchange, File Systems, Database, Web and Windows Application servers; publish applications and create dependencies between components; and activate monitoring and resource utilization.

IT Service Provisioning
The Cloud Control Panel enables MSPs to quickly create new client companies and provision them with infrastructure, applications and services; apply and manage all necessary access and security policies; track and get reports on utilization; create and manage groups; and set group and user options including application assignments.

Pre-built Collaboration Components
The Cloud Control Panel lets you manage OS33's fully integrated collaboration components. Working closely with our Technology Alliance Partners — including Microsoft, Google and Research In Motion — we have made the provisioning of collaboration truly turnkey. When a user is created, just check a box and OS33 will — for example — automatically create a mailbox or activate Blackberry service for the user. That's it! Check a few boxes and you're ready to go in minutes, replacing what used to take hours, if not days, of troublesome configuration. With OS33 there are no configuration checklists, no missed steps, and no disappointed users.
