Open Files using Office Web Apps

OS33 integration with Microsoft Office Web Apps allows users to view and edit files that are not stored in SharePoint. All Word, Excel and PowerPoint files can be opened directly from the Cloud File Manager in a web browser and get the full benefit of the latest innovation coming out of Microsoft without having to make a full switch to SharePoint. When browsing files, user have a choice to download files to their local device, view and edit the document directly in the browser or open in a fully hosted version of Microsoft Office.

Usability

Cloud File Manager tries to make working in the browser intuitive for the end user. Drag and drop file uploads are supported to allow dragging files from users local computer right into Cloud File Manager (this feature is only compatible with Firefox, Chrome, Safari and the soon to be released IE10). Keyboard shortcuts make the Cloud File Manager very easy to use for anyone who has used any file manager before. Ctrl + C copies files, and Ctrl + V pastes and lots of other shortcuts makes the OS33 Cloud File Manager very simple and quick to use.
