Automated support services

OS33 provides automated support services using web forms. Users provide contact information and a problem description that are submitted to your help desk, and the system utilizes an interactive ticketing system to help deliver customized support services. Built-in support services are also easily integrated with existing systems.

Monitor support status

Users and Providers can track helpdesk tickets, providing accountability for problem tracking and resolution. Users can view helpdesk ticket status and add or attach notes, or close tickets when problems are resolved.

Rebooting the hosted way

Users on a hosted PC with a Webtop GUI don't use 'Control-Alt-Delete' to reboot, as when running Windows locally. Instead, users select sessions to terminate or shut down.
