Password policy

Administrators can configure and manage user password attributes, capabilities and limitations. Control log in access, privacy levels, required password resets, and even each user's permission to reset their own password — all functions are set up and managed quickly.

Session timeouts

Users and Providers can track helpdesk tickets, providing accountability for problem tracking and resolution. Users can view helpdesk ticket status and add or attach notes, or close tickets when problems are resolved.

2-factor authentication

With just the click of a button, OS33 provides turnkey, on-demand 2-factor authentication on a per user, group or company basis. 2-factor authentication is required to meet certain compliance regulations and is a valuable additional layer of login security for networks with sensitive information to protect.

Time and location access restrictions

Administrators have the flexibility to set up user permissions and restrictions based on time zones, location, group membership and other client-mandated criteria. For example, users in a client's west coast operations may be authorized only during Pacific Standard Time business hours, except during travel to other time zones. These same restriction parameters can be applied to application access and other services.
