Using native Exchange™ and Outlook™, MSPs can manage settings for email and aliasing using a standard administration toolset. Users are provided a single, integrated sign on for Outlook Web Access (OWA).

Login to client companies instantly

With OS33, you can log in to your clients' systems quickly. Simply choose the client from the drop-down list and log in as an authorized admin user. MSPs can manage the permissions of their staff, controlling each user's client admin access and level of permissions.

Login as any user for troubleshooting

For troubleshooting purposes, authorized providers can log in as any user to duplicate and resolve problems. These permissions are tightly controlled and tracked for security purposes.

Post system announcements to all or specific companies

Keep your clients in the loop and up-to-date on your hosted solution enhancements and scheduled maintenance — even on important milestones, events and happenings within your own company. Announcements are posted quickly with immediate availability, and you can broadcast announcements to all or a group of selected clients.

Support ticket handling

OS33 offers a turnkey approach to support ticketing deployment. You can leverage the capabilities and features of the OS33 system and/or integrate with your own ticketing applications. With two-way visibility to open and in-process tickets, your client users can see the status of their requests and even provide more information at any time. Providers can also escalate support tickets to OS33 to assist in client problem resolution.
