Provision New Clients

Create new company

Use OS33's provisioning tools to set up new client companies. Each client is set up in an isolated environment with baseline capabilities. You then add resources and services based on clients' specific solution requirements.

Set company options:

With simple email administration interface, IT Admins can manage email settings for their organization and users.

  • Basic information
Set basic information for client companies, including company name, contact info, and user name templates.
  • Branding
Set Webtop GUI Branding with logos of client companies and MSP.
  • System Options
Set system properties for clients including whether the company is enabled or disabled, whether it has a file system, its network status (in production or live), and security options.
  • Group Membership Defaults
Set group membership system default options for client companies including defaults for when new resources are created within a company network, access rights, distribution lists, and more.

Assign standard windows resources

  • Assign client resources:
Managed Service Providers can allocate infrastructure to meet the IT needs of clients while maximizing overall performance. OS33 provides the flexibility to set up and manage client resources including email configuration, storage, and domain at different data center locations — you can distribute services and applications as needed.
  • Assign additional server resources
MSPs can assign additional server resources to a client company; if a client wants new applications or a database, for example, an MSP uses this part of the OS33 Cloud Control Panel to add application and database servers to the client company's system.
  • Activate monitoring and alert notification
The OS33 monitoring platform is built on top of Microsoft's System Center Operation Manager (SCOM). Monitoring is automatically activated the moment a server is added to production.
  • Resource utilization
With OS33, tracking your clients' resource utilization is as easy as it gets.
