OS33 Cloud Drive Technology

OS33 Cloud Drive technology enables a unified approach to data access and management across multiple storage platforms. For Managed Service Providers and CIOs, it provides a new option of building an optimal storage solution by blending storage from Amazon S3, SharePoint 2010 Doclibs for ECM, and Microsoft Windows on NTFS and DFS. For end-users, Cloud Drive technology now enables seamless access to their data from any device, across cloud-based and local applications, providing them with a unified experience.

Take Advantage of Unified Storage

OS33 Cloud Drive technology acts as a storage gateway for Service Providers and their customers by unifying the capabilities of Amazon Simple Storage, SharePoint 2010 Doclibs for ECM, and Microsoft Windows on NTFS and DFS. For MSPs, this means that they can now deploy and sell a cloud-based storage solution, which allows their business customers to take advantage of top market technologies without having to deal with the complexity of adopting diverse services from multiple vendors.

Map Cloud Drive on Any Device

Map the Cloud Drive on your Windows, Mac, iPad, or other or mobile devices using WebDAV . Cloud files become immediately available on your device through the native file manager and your Cloud Drive is ready to be consumed by native applications running on your computer or hosted in a data center. Here is a view that shows each instance of storage on both.

Blend Storage Options Based on Customer-Specific Needs

Cloud File Manager and the Webtop have been extended to include new storage options and all the special capabilities each one has. For example, if end-users are browsing a folder stored on SharePoint platform, with the document versioning turned on, they can right click the documents in this folder and view the previous versions – a unique capability which is not available on the traditional Windows-based or Amazon S3 storage. The same end-users can also choose Amazon S3 to store their less frequently used documents, which will provide them with high availability at the cost of utility storage.
