Executive Team

David Matalon

CEO & Co-Founder

David Matalon is the CEO, co-founder and Board Director of OS33, where he manages the company's growing business and leads a team of more than 200 in their mission to help safeguard the financial industry's most sensitive data through the implementation of Workplace, OS33's market-leading cloud security and compliance platform.

David co-founded OS33 in 2002, and was previously CEO of Offyx, one of the first application service providers in the United States, with financial backing from IBM, Cisco, Oppenheimer and several venture funds.

David earned his undergraduate degree at NYU's Stern School of Business and his master's at Columbia University. He was born and raised in New York, and currently resides in Great Neck with his wife, four children and mother-in-law.

Morley Ivers


Morley Ivers is President and Board Director of OS33. He specializes in partnership and corporate development. Morley is known for his energetic and passionate approach to leadership and helping businesses mature quickly through the delivery of significant revenue growth.

A serial entrepreneur, Morley has two decades of experience focused on developing and leveraging technologies to solve problems. He views the protection of sensitive information and cybersecurity as some of society's most pressing challenges.

Morley is a graduate of The Richard Ivey School of Business, is a proud Canadian, and now American citizen, and lives in NY with his wife and two sons.

Alex Osipov

Chief Technology Officer

Alex Osipov is Chief Technology Officer and has led software development, technical operations and cybersecurity efforts at OS33 for more than a decade. He is intimately involved in product and platform delivery.

Alex started his career by automating UNIX-based web hosting using open source tools and his focus as evolved to include distributed systems, cross platform development, desired state systems, data protection and cybersecurity.

Alex graduated from Stony Brook University, lives in NYC with his wife and daughter, and spends his free time pondering the future of cybersecurity and reading biographies.

Jacob Kazakevich

CIO & Co-Founder

Jacob Kazakevich is a Co-Founder, serves as Chief Information Officer and is myopically focused on development and delivery of cybersecurity products to protect digital assets across the financial services industry.

Jacob has spent over 20 years building and managing cutting-edge technologies to solve critical business challenges.

Jacob graduated from the NYU’s Stern School of Business. He immigrated to the US in the early 90s and now lives with his wife and three daughters in Manalapan, NJ.
